In an effort to better serve our patients, Farnham is moving to alternate forms of therapeutic communication. We will not be stopping any of our services. We will simply be providing both group and individual sessions on the phone or via video chat. If you have not heard from your primary therapist, please call our offices at 315-342-4489 in Oswego or 315-593-0796 in Fulton. We care about you and want to continue to support you in the days and weeks ahead. Please contact us as soon as possible to set up your next tele-practice appointment. Medication Assisted Treatment through the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) remains open and available for all patients.

If you are considering engaging in treatment services at this time DON’T HESITATE! Farnham is open for all services, including Medication Assisted Treatment and will be offering OPEN ACCESS via the telephone.
